Getting started
- Install Duomni from the App Store or Google Play. The app is coming to both soon.
- Add your next date, such as your partner’s birthday, and a first wish in one sentence.
- Send your partner an invite link via Telegram, Viber or any other messenger.
You can also start on your own: wishes, dates and reminders work without a partner, and the shared wishlist appears as soon as they join.
How to invite your partner to Duomni
- My partner didn’t get the invite. Send the link again from the “Invite” screen. The link is valid for a limited time and stops working as soon as your partner joins.
- The link doesn’t open the app. Update Duomni and open the link on the phone where it’s installed. If the app isn’t installed yet, the link opens the App Store or Google Play.
- Will my partner see my surprises? No. Only you see your surprises: they’re not in your partner’s list, feed or notifications.
Birthday and anniversary reminders
- When does a reminder arrive? Two weeks before the date, together with picks from your wishlist. If you haven’t picked a gift yet, Duomni reminds you again three days before.
- How do I turn off the three-day reminder? Tap “I’ve already picked a gift” in the picks. Only you can see this mark.
- Reminders don’t arrive. Check that notifications are allowed for Duomni in your phone settings and that Do Not Disturb is off.
- Why didn’t a notification come at night? Duomni sends nothing from 10 PM to 9 AM, so the reminder arrives in the morning.
- How many notifications will I get? At most three a week: two weeks before a date, weekend ideas on Thursday, and when your partner adds something new.
Entries and AI
- How do I add a wish? With one sentence, by voice, a link or a photo, or via “Share” from any app.
- AI parsed an entry wrong. Tap a field to correct the type, who it’s for, the occasion or the price.
- I don’t want AI to parse my text. Turn it off in Profile → Settings, then fill in the fields manually.
- The price on a card is out of date. Duomni takes the price from the shop’s website when you add the entry. The current price is always on the seller’s site.
How to delete your Duomni account
- In the app: Profile → “Delete account”. We show what will be deleted and ask for confirmation.
- Without the app: email support@duomni.app from the address or number linked to your account with the subject “Account deletion”. You don’t need to reinstall the app.
