These Terms govern your use of the Duomni app, the duomni.app website and related services (the “Service”). By using the Service you agree to these Terms and to the Privacy policy. If you don’t agree, please don’t use the Service.
1. The Service
Duomni is a shared memory for couples: you record wishes, plans and places with one sentence, by voice, a link or a photo, and the Service saves them, reminds you about important dates and suggests picks.
Duomni is not a shop, delivery or booking service. You make purchases, bookings and ticket orders directly with third-party sellers.
2. Age
You may use the Service if you are at least 16, or the minimum age set by the law of your country if it is higher.
3. Account
- You can sign in with Apple, Google or a phone number. Before sign-up, data from the first steps is stored only on your device.
- You are responsible for activity in your account and for keeping access to it secure.
- One account is for one person; you may not hand it over to others.
- You can delete your account in the app (see section 9).
4. Shared couple space
- You can invite one person with a link. Once they join, you see each other’s entries, except surprises.
- The invite link shows anyone who opens it your name, one wish you chose and your anniversary date. Only send it to your partner.
- When recording information about your partner, only add what they would be comfortable sharing.
5. Paid features
The Service is currently free. If paid features appear, they will be sold through the App Store or Google Play under those stores’ rules, and we will show prices and terms before purchase and add them to these Terms.
6. Acceptable use
You may not:
- use the Service for unlawful purposes or to harass, abuse or track another person;
- add other people’s personal data without the right to do so;
- hack or overload the Service, bypass limits or scrape data;
- reverse engineer or copy the app, except where the law allows;
- distribute malware, spam or content that infringes others’ rights.
We may restrict or terminate access for violations.
7. AI and accuracy
AI parses the text of your entries - only with your permission. Results may be inaccurate: check the date, price and who the entry is for.
Prices, availability and terms of products or places come from public pages and may be out of date. The seller’s website always has the final terms. We are not responsible for decisions made solely on the Service’s suggestions.
8. Your content
Entries, photos and other materials you add belong to you. You grant us a limited permission to store and process them only to run the Service, as described in the Privacy policy. You confirm that you have the right to add this content.
9. Deleting your account
Profile → “Delete account”. This deletes your account, profile, your entries, photos, tickets and the partner portrait. Entries your partner created stay in their account. If you subscribe in the future, deleting your account does not cancel the subscription - do that in App Store or Google Play settings.
10. Intellectual property
The app, website, code, design and the Duomni brand belong to us or our licensors. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive licence to use the Service for personal, non-commercial purposes.
11. Third-party services
The Service works with Apple, Google, Anthropic and other providers, and the “Buy” button leads to shop websites. Their own terms apply, and we don’t control them. Shop links may be affiliate links: this doesn’t change the price for you. If you downloaded the app from the App Store, Apple’s standard licence agreement (EULA) also applies.
12. Availability and changes
We aim to keep the Service running reliably but don’t guarantee uninterrupted operation. Features may change or be discontinued. AI parsing and syncing with your partner require an internet connection.
13. Disclaimer of warranties
THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE”. TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, WE MAKE NO WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED.
14. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, lost profits or data. Our total liability is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim or 50 euros. If the law of your country doesn’t allow such limits, they apply to the minimum extent permitted.
15. Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the law of Ukraine, unless mandatory consumer protection rules of your country require otherwise. Consumers in the EU and UK keep the rights their local law gives them, including going to court in their country of residence. Before going to court, write to us at support@duomni.app - we’ll try to resolve the issue.
16. Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms; the date of the last update is shown at the top. We will tell you about material changes in the app in advance. Continuing to use the Service after changes take effect means you accept them, to the extent the law allows.
